TERMINAL OPERATING SYSTEM

The Next Generation Support

nGen, our proprietary Terminal Operations System, was launched in 2003 and has been undergoing many enhancements and innovations over the years.  Our latest iteration using Cloud based implementation truly captures our core operating experience around the world accumulated throughout the years.  Not only are we optimizing every move, we are even enhancing collaboration by connecting governments, our customers, and all terminal users.

nGen gives total visibility to the users so they can act with total confidence and not react to unexpected events.

Globally Recognized

nGen and its development approach have been awarded with technology excellence awards and certifications in all sectors, such as the CMMI Level 3, ISO 27001 Security Standard, ITIL v3 IT Service Management, APICTA 2006 Industrial Applications Winner, and ISO 20000 IT Service Management.

The nGen Network Effect

The latest version of nGen is built for autonomous trucks and automated container cranes, features that are critical in handling the ever-increasing number of Ultra Large Container Vessels. Given the fast rollout speed of nGen, we envision nGen to be at all our terminals within the next ten years..
